Because of Disney’s Super Bowl teasers, we now know to expect The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki, but the status of the fourth announced Disney+ show set within the MCU has been somewhat unknown…until now.
While Murphy Multiverse reported back in January that the show was delayed beyond the July filming schedule, they are now again reporting that Marvel is looking to kick production off in September at the earliest.
They key words being “at the earliest.” The show may not start filming then, but other aspects of production could very well start then.
In addition to Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Moon Knight, and What If…? are all on their way and in various stages of pre-production too. and that’s excluding the all of the films currently being planned too.
It might have seemed like the show was being delayed because it’s been pretty much radio silence since the casting of Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop back in September, but we’re glad that Marvel and Disney are finally working on bringing the show to fruition.
